How to prevent goggles leakage?

Don't fold the silicone edge. Make sure that your hair or swim cap does not get into it.

Don't wear the goggles too close to your nose bridge. Adjust the silicone gasket to the right until there is no gap around the nose bridge.

Adjust the strap and gently press the eye cups to ensure a snug fit against your skin.

How to prevent swim goggles from fogging?
