Yes, These boots will work in the snow. I found them pretty warm, in the snow they kept my feet dry while walking around, and it had extra insulation for warmth.

I am a size 10 should I stay with 10 or go up to 11?

I'm a 10 and bought the 11, and am glad I did. They're not too big at all. I think the 10 with thicker socks would have been tight.

Are the boots comfortable to walk on? I'm going on a trip to Canada and it might rain or snow.

Yes super comfy! They are really comfortable walking in. I would wear these on a vacation where I'd be walking a lot.
